Join our showroom team in Water Mill, NY! We’re seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to answer questions, coordinate with sales associates, and support customers from their first inquiry through order completion.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Schedule appointments with sales associates.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
- Resolve concerns and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Follow up on requests and maintain accurate customer records.
- Keep the showroom professional and welcoming.
- Protect customer information, follow company procedures, and meet service standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, showroom operations, administration, or sales support.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience processing orders and managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, or Solar Eclipse.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site in Water Mill, NY, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
