📞 Hiring: VoIP Tier 2 Support Technician – Inwood, NY (on-site)
A growing hosted VoIP provider in Inwood, NY (Five Towns) is looking for a Tier 2 support technician to join the team full time, five days a week on site.
You’ll handle escalated customer tickets: phone provisioning (Yealink/Polycom), extensions, call routing, auto attendants, voicemail, SIP/network troubleshooting, and training customers on their systems. Some on-call rotation.
✅ 2–3+ years in technical support (VoIP/telecom a big plus)
✅ Comfortable with networking basics and customer-facing work
💰 $75,000–$90,000 depending on experience
Local candidates (Five Towns, Nassau, Far Rockaway, Queens) especially welcome.
