The Financial Accountant will support all aspects of the finance and accounting departments, including month-end close expense activities, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis impacting Marders business divisions as required by the finance team. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3 to 5 years of related experience is required. Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, experience working in a financial planning and analysis department with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Sage, Acumatica ERPs, and Salesforce preferred. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
