We are an environmental services firm looking for an office assistant to provide administrative support to managers/personnel by handling tasks that include but are not limited to:
– Answering Phone Calls
– Calling Clients/Tenants to schedule appointments
– Managing service dispatch calendars
– Sending proposals to clients
– Assist with sending daily dispatches to Inspectors/crews
– Managing Emails
– Maintaning Files
– Ordering Office Supplies
– Performing other clerical/misc duties
