POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Technician will be team member
responsible for ensuring the day to day activities at Biocogent adhere to cGMP
and Biocogent’s quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews in process documentation for
compliance with Biocogent requirements, including batch records, cleaning logs
and equipment status verification cards.
·
Oversee the manufacturing facility regarding GMP.
·
Inspects and samples incoming raw materials, process equipment
and samples such materials according to established methods as required.
·
Reviews completed documentation such as batch records, raw
material inspection reports and trending documentation to determine final
status.
·
Assists in investigations of customer
complaints or non conforming materials as required.
·
Reviews and approves finished product
shipments prior to loading.
·
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRMENTS:
·
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance of
production in Cosmetics or Pharmaceuticals environment.
·
Good understanding of chemical/physical safety and PPE
requirements.
·
Ability to understand technical information.
·
Ability to work with computers and data base system.
·
Ability to present data and report in front of small size
groups.
·
Ability to communicate effectively with management and team
members and adequately with people of all levels.
