As a Store Sales Leader at AERIN, you will be an expert in customer service.

You will demonstrate that you are adaptable, collaborative and team focused.

You will be responsible for the daily coaching of Sales Associates as well as managing your own individual sales and clients.

You will act as a leader in the store and be a strong partner to the Store Manager.

This will include balancing operational activities, customer service, opening and closing procedures and resolving any customer or associate issues.
