SOLI is a fast growing cleaning and restoration chemical supplier. In addition, we offer in shop and onsite repairs to our customer’s for all related machines and equipment.

In this position you will be performing administrative and clerical functions working along side the sales administrator.

Responsibilities include:

Organize orders and help prep orders for deliveries.


Answer inbound telephone calls.

Perform various office tasks.

Data entry.

Assist the administrator with overall workload.

Required Qualifications:

Previous office administrative experience

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Computer literate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional organizational skills

Efficient in Quick Books and Excel a plus

Salary commensurate with experience. This is a part time position presently working two days a week during normal business hours. Some flexibility in the work hours and schedule. Immediate.
